Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped out. Please note that CUSTOM Nail design order, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages:


In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We take pride in our press-on nails and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns:


To be eligible for a return, your press-on nails must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or altered.

Return Process:


1. Contact our customer support team at Ins message us through Wix

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds:


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Returning Shipping Costs:
